Friendly reminder, take good care of yourself. 🌿 Join me for gentle yoga — a space to breathe, stretch, and restore. ✨ You’re encouraged to take time for yourself at least 3x a day. 🌸 It doesn’t have to interrupt the flow of your day. Just INHALE your awareness and focus on the way the breath feels coming into your nose, and release tension from your muscles a bit as you EXHALE. 🧘‍♀️ Ideally, you practice this at some point in the morning, once in the afternoon, than at least once in the evening. Do the best you can making it a gentle practice. Is it time for you to schedule a session?
